Bob Proctor my teacher and mentor says something like this:
“self control is the ability to give yourself a command and follow through with it”
When I first heard him say this it instantly brought me back to my elementary school days because every report card always had a comment about my self control. It also had a check mark on the “exercises self control” section.
Do you know how many episodes of Happy Days and Three’s company I missed because of those check marks, uggggg!!
